Returned Mail/Notice Concerns?:

Stated Reason for Appeal (if given): Property owner stated that he called Waste Management in October 2019 to place his service on an emergency hold due to out of state family illness.  At that time he was transferred to a supervisor. This supervisor he spoke to told him that he would get his supervisor's approval and the hold would be put in place, but that he would have to call every 3 months to extend the hold.  The property owner called Waste Management again in February 2020 to extend the hold to due a family death and states that the Waste Management Customer Service representative told him there was no record of a hold.  Despite submitting a UDRF for this property on 02/01/2021, the property owner states that he was under the impression that he previously had an emergency hold starting in October 2019.

Staff Comments: Due to the vacancy being caused by a family death, staff recommends removing the assessment as a courtesy.
