Ratifying the assessments for Property Clean Up services during August 3 to 14, 2020. (File No. J2105A, Assessment No. 218504)

AMENDED 2/3/21

 

WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council in Council File RES 20-1334 accepted the Report of Completion for Property Clean Up on Private Properties during the time period of August 3 to August 14, 2020; and

 

WHEREAS, the City Council’s Legislative Hearing Officer has considered objections of affected property owners and developed recommendations for the City Council with respect to their assessments; and

 

WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing on February 3, 2021 to consider ratification of the assessment roll; and

 

WHEREAS, the City Council considered and found satisfactory the assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for the services provided; now, therefore be it

 

RESOLVED, that, pursuant to Chapter 429 of Minnesota State Statutes and Chapter 60 of the Saint Paul Administrative Code, the assessments are hereby in all respects ratified with the exception of the following amendments which will be considered separately:

 

RLH TA 21-82:  Litchfield Street - Legislative Hearing on January 28, 2021;

RLH TA 20-660:  542 Ohio Street;

RLH TA 21-83:  1663 Seventh Street East - Legislative Hearing on January 28, 2021;

RLH TA 21-XX:  1670 Seventh Street East; delete for separate consideration to be referred back to February 16, 2021 Legislative Hearing;

RLH TA 21-XX:  1817 Maryland Avenue East; delete to be referred back to February 16, 2021 Legislative Hearing @ 10 am; and be it further

 

RESOLVED, that the assessments be payable in one (1) installment, unless specified by the Legislative Hearing Officer’s recommended amendments.
