Authorizing the City to enter into Subordinate Funding Agreement #3 to the Master Funding Agreement with the Metropolitan Council for the Gold Line Bus Rapid Transit Project.

WHEREAS, the Metropolitan Council and the City entered into Master Funding Agreement Number 19I056 for the Gold Line BRT Project, as authorized by Council Resolution 20-796; and
WHEREAS, the City plans to provide funding to the Met Council for the design of the Twin Sanitary Sewer Replacement work in the amount of $26,300, as described in Subordinate Funding Agreement #3.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Mayor and the proper City Officials are hereby authorized and directed for and on behalf of the City to enter into Subordinate Funding Agreement #3 to the Master Funding Agreement with the Met Council for the Gold Line BRT Project, a copy of which is before Council and is made a part hereof; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Mayor and the proper City Officials are authorized to execute the Agreement and any amendments to the Agreement.
