Making finding on the appealed nuisance abatement ordered for 2262 BLAKE AVENUE in Council File RLH SAO 20-7.

WHEREAS, the City Council adopted RLH SAO 20-7 on June 24, 2020 which granted an extension to July 10, 2020 to abate the nuisance conditions at 2262 Blake Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer reviewed this case on October 6, 2020 to determine if the owner and/or responsible party abated the nuisance conditions and found these conditions were abated; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council adopts the finding of the legislative hearing officer that the nuisance condition is abated and the matter resolved.
