WHEREAS, on Wednesday, February 1, 2017, the Saint Paul City Council Approved Resolution 17-189, the appointment of Darren Tobolt to serve on the Capital Improvement Budget Committee; and
WHEREAS, Capital Improvement Budget Committee term dates are 3 years; and
WHEREAS, Resolution 17-189, the appointment of Darren Tobolt to serve on the Capital Improvement Budget Committee states an incorrect term expiration date of November 15, 2019; and
WHEREAS, the correct term expiration date of Darren Tobolt’s seat on the Capital Improvement Budget Committee is November 15, 2020; now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council consents to and approves correcting Resolution 17-189 Approving the Mayor’s appointment of Darren Tobolt to serve on the Capital Improvement Budget Committee with a term expiration date of November 15, 2020.
