WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council File RES 20-1094 accepted the Report of Completion for Replacement Repair of Sanitary Sewer Line on Private Properties requested by the Property Owner during the time period of April to June 2020; and
WHEREAS, the City held a public hearing on October 7, 2020 to consider ratification of assessment roll; and
WHEREAS, the City Council considered and found satisfactory the assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for the services provided; now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that, pursuant to Chapter 429 of Minnesota State Statutes and Minnesota Session Laws 1997, Chapter 231, and Saint Paul Council File No. 00-453, the assessments are hereby in all respects ratified; and be it further
RESOLVED, that the assessments be payable in twenty (20) installments.
