Returned Mail/Notice Concerns?:

Stated Reason for Appeal (if given): This is a vacant building. I had done the paperwork back in January or December I believe to let the city know that this was a vacant property.  But it looks like this garbage bill is for January thru March 2020 and during that time it should have been vacant.

Staff Comments: Staff verified that a vacancy request had been submitted with the city on 12/19/2019 and applied to the account on 01/01/2020. Therefore staff recommends removing the assessment.

History of Delinquent Bills:  Q3 2019 - levied for $191.29; CG2001D1 Q4 2019) for $3.97; CG2002D1 Q1 2020 for $111.78; CG2003B1 Q2 2020 for $107.02
