WHEREAS, the Housing and Redevelopment Authority of the City of Saint Paul, Minnesota is overseen by an Executive Director; and
WHEREAS, the Executive Director of the Housing and Redevelopment Authority of the City of Saint Paul, Minnesota is the individual who is appointed and serves as the Director of the City of Saint Paul’s Department of Planning and Economic Development: and
WHEREAS, Nicolle Goodman was appointed the Director of the Department of Planning and Economic Development, effective August 3, 2020; now, therefore, be it,
RESOLVED, that the Board of Commissioners of the Housing and Redevelopment Authority of the City of Saint Paul, Minnesota hereby appoints Nicolle Goodman as the Executive Director of the Housing and Redevelopment Authority of the City of Saint Paul, Minnesota, effective August 3, 2020.
