WHEREAS, on October 23, 2019, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File #RLH CO 19-14, said Resolution being the memorialization of an appeal to a Correction Notice for property at 1341 Forest Street; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommended that the City Council deny the appeal and grant an extension to June 1, 2020 for compliance; and
WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council considered the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter; and
WHEREAS, the Appellant is requesting more additional extension for the compliance with the Correction Notice due to medical reason; and
WHEREAS, after the Legislative Hearing Officer reviewed the file, an additional extension has been granted; Now Therefore, Be It,
RESOLVED, that an extension is hereby granted to July 1, 2020.
