Pertaining to a Twenty-Fourth Rider to Agreement with the City of Shoreview allowing the City to complete certain road improvements as part of City Project No. 20-02.

WHEREAS, the Board of Water Commissioners of the City of Saint Paul does possess a sixty-foot wide right-of-way easement adjacent to County Road I to the north, described as the north 60 feet of the south 93 feet of Section 4, Township 30, Range 23, which contains the Board’s Mississippi River Conduits (the “Premises”); and
WHEREAS, the City of Shoreview having entered into an Agreement with the Board dated September 24, 1964 for the purposes of installing certain public works and performing certain operations within Board-owned property in the city of Shoreview; and
WHEREAS, the City of Shoreview desires to enter upon certain portions of the Premises and to complete street improvements; and
WHEREAS, staff has prepared a Twenty-Fourth Rider to Agreement which sets forth the conditions for said street improvements, and which protects the Board’s rights, interests, and facilities; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the Twenty-Fourth Rider to Agreement with the City of Shoreview is hereby approved and that the proper officers of the Board are hereby authorized and directed to execute said Twenty-Fourth Rider on behalf of the Board.
