Review Appeal of Carrie Nelson to a Vacant Building Registration Notice at 291 STINSON STREET.

WHEREAS, on April 1, 2020 City Council adopted Council File No. RLH VBR 20-12 in the matter of Appeal of Carrie Nelson to a Vacant Building Registration Notice at 291 STINSON STREET, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant the appeal and release from Vacant Building Program; grant the approve submitted work plan on the February 17, 2020 Fire Inspection Orders with the following deadlines:
1) grant to April 17, 2020 for 5, 6, 7, 9, 11, 12, 13, 14, 19, 20, 22;
2) grant a to June 15, 2020 for items 1, 2, 3, 4, 8, 10, 15, 16, 17, 18, 21; and
3) grant to September 1, 2020 for 24; and
WHEREAS, a review of the file shows that owner failed to meet the first deadline; and
WHEREAS, a Legislative Hearing is scheduled for April 28, 2020 at 1:30 p.m. to review this matter; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
