WHEREAS, the Liquor On Sale-100 seats or less (Second Half) license held by Pimento Incorporated d/b/a Pimento Jamaican Kitchen (License ID #20180004365) for the premises located at 928 7th Street West in Saint Paul was the subject of a Notice of Intent to Suspend License dated March 16, 2020, stating the licensee failed to pay 2nd half of the Liquor On Sale-100 seats or less license fees ; and
WHEREAS, the licensee did not respond to the Notice of Intent to Suspend License or return the renewal invoice with payment for delinquent license fee and late fees or submit a request to cancel license form.; and
WHEREAS, the Notice of Intent to Suspend Licenses stated that if the licensee failed to pay the delinquent license and late fees, request a public hearing or cancel the license by March 30, 2020 that the matter would be placed on the consent agenda to impose the recommended penalty; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, the Liquor On Sale-100 seats or less (Second Half) license held by Pimento Incorporated d/b/a Pimento Jamaican Kitchen (License ID #20180004365) for the premises located at 928 7th Street West in Saint Paul is hereby suspended.
FURTHER RESOLVED, the license will remain suspended until all delinquent license, alarm permit and late fees are paid in full to the Department of Safety and Inspections.
