Stated Reason for Appeal (if given): Tennant erroneously opened up account under address of 222 Congress Street West instead of 222 Congress Street East. They did make full payment for Quarter 3 2019 to account under 222 Congress Street West. This was transferred to account for 222 Congress St W. Republic is therefore requesting removal of the assessment.
