Title
Amending the financing and spending plans in the Fire Department for the donation of $1,000 received from Coulee Bank.
Body
WHEREAS, the Fire Department received a donation of $1,000 from Coulee Bank and the donation will be used to promote fire safety in the community; and
WHEREAS, the financing and spending plans have not been established for the donation received; and
WHEREAS, the Mayor pursuant to section 10.07.1 of the Charter of the City of Saint Paul does certify that there are available for appropriation of funds $1,000 in excess of those estimated in the 2019 budget; and
WHEREAS, the Mayor recommends the following additional changes to be made in the 2020 budget; now therefore be it
RESOLVED, by the City Council that $1,000 is available for appropriation in the 2020 budget as heretofore adopted by the Council, is hereby amended as outlined in the attached financial analysis and thanks Coulee Bank for their generous gift.
