WHEREAS on January 8, 2020, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File No. RLH AR 19-108, said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for Graffiti Removal services during May 30 to June 12, 2019. (File No. J2001P, Assessment No. 208400); and
WHEREAS, the property at 678 Seventh Street West, being described as: Watson & Rice’s Subdivision C of Block 1, Stinson, Brown and Ramsey’s Addition to the City of Saint Paul Subj to the Fol Nely 1/2 and Sely 54 1/2 Ft of SWLY 1/2 of Lot 6 and All of Lots 4 and Lot 5 Blk 2, with the property identification number 12-28-23-21-0004 was assessed an amount of $217.46; and
WHEREAS, Department of Safety and Inspections staff recommends deleting the assessment because there is a graffiti waiver on file;
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer concurs with the recommendation; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the reduction of $217.46, plus any accrued interests, be deleted. Council File No. RLH AR 19-108 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
