WHEREAS on January 20, 2020, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File No. TA 19-717 to ratify the assessment for Property Clean Up services during June 14 to 28, 2019. (File No. J2002A, Assessment No. 208501); and
WHEREAS, the property at 949 Marshall Avenue, being described as: Marshall Boulevard Addition to the City of St. Paul Lot 22 and W 1/2 of Lot 23 Blk A, with the property identification number 35-29-23-34-0146 was assessed an amount of $432; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends deleting the assessment, but the resolution was submitted with indicating the assessment was recommended for ratification; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the reduction of $432, plus any accrued interests, be deleted. Council File Nos. RLH TA 19-717 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
