WHEREAS on November 13, 2019, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File No. RLH AR 19-125, said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for Collection of Delinquent Garbage Bills for services during April to June 2019. (File No. CG1903B4, Assessment No. 190128); and
WHEREAS, the property at 1252 Earl Street, being described as: Phalen Heights Park Lot 14 Blk 7, with the property identification number 21-29-22-43-0117 was assessed an amount of $3.04; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends deleting the assessment due to error in processing the late fee; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the reduction of $3.04, plus any accrued interests, is deleted and the Offices of Financial Services will abate this reduction from the 2020 Property Taxes Statement.
