WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Jay Mitchell, Universal Construction, to a Vacant Building Registration Notice at 1127 ROSS AVENUE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and

 

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant an extension to December 20, 2019 to get Fire Certificate of Occupancy reinstated or the property must be vacated by January 20, 2020; Now, Therefore, Be It

 

RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
