RESOLVED, that upon execution and delivery of a release in full to the City of Saint Paul, the proper City officers are hereby authorized and directed to pay out of the Tort Liability Fund 10017405 - 74205 the total sum of forty-five thousand dollars and no cents ($45,000.00) in full and final settlement of Plaintiff’s claims in Jerald Boitnott, individually and on behalf of all other similarly situated v. City of St. Paul, Case No. 19-CV-00534 for all claims for damages and attorneys’ fees regarding alleged Americans with Disabilities Act violations associated with the City’s parking pay stations.
