WHEREAS on September 11, 2019, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File No. RLH AR 19-86, said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for Collection of Delinquent Garbage Bills for services during January to March 2019. (File No. CG1902C3, Assessment No. 190111); and
WHEREAS, the property at 706 Dayton Avenue, being described as: Holcombe’s Addition to Saint Paul the W 20 Ft of Lot 6 & all of Lot 7 Blk 3, with the property identification number 02-28-23-11-0314 was assessed an amount of $123.95; and
WHEREAS, the Public Works staff recommends deletion of the assessment due to Republic Services billing error;
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer concurs with the recommendation; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the reduction of $123.95, plus any accrued interests, be deleted. Council File No. RLH AR 19-86 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
