RESOLVED, that, upon execution and delivery of a release in full to the Board of Water Commissioners, the proper Board officers are hereby authorized and directed to pay, from the settlement fund, Accounting Unit 69082105, Account 74205, to Oran H. Chen of 1309 Cleveland Avenue South the sum of $9,800.00 in full settlement of any and all claims for damages received on claim received March 12, 2019 regarding 1309 Cleveland Avenue South, Saint Paul, MN.
