WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Shawn and Karen Weller to a Fire Inspection Correction Notice at 1066 THOMAS AVENUE WEST, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and

 

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant an extension to December 1, 2019 on the window and dryer vent orders and grant to May 31, 2020 for compliance on reducing the number of unrelated individuals to four; and grant to September 20, 2020 for Landlord 101; Now, Therefore, Be It

 

RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
