Returned Mail/Notice Concerns?:

Stated Reason for Appeal (if given): aspen waste error - billing me for 4 bags of"overflow trash" that I Did NoT out out on 3/6. Contacted them via email n phone and was told they would not cut the bill either pay aspen or  on my taxes = too bad for me.

Staff Comments: According to information provided by Aspen Waste Systems to the property owner, the driver provided documentation of collecting 4 extra bags on 3/6/19. Unfortunately, if extra bags are dumped at a property, the property owner is ultimately responsible for disposing of them. Staff recommends approving this assessment.
