Staff Comments: This property became registered vacant on 3/19/19. Hauler was notified of this. Previous property owner did not pay the bill. Staff recommends reducing assessment by length VB status during Quarter 1, which is $17.07, and removing late fees. Staff recommends reducing to $85.37.
