RESOLVED, that upon execution and delivery of a release in full to the Board of Water Commissioners, the proper Board officers are hereby authorized and directed to pay from the settlement fund, Accounting Unit 69082105, Account 74205-0, to Allianz Global Corporate & Specialty as subrogee of Lowry Owners Association the sum of $70,188.87 in full settlement of any and all claims for property damages as a result of flooding of the property located at 350 Saint Peter Street, Saint Paul, MN on September 18, 2017.
