Body

WHEREAS, on July 17, 2019, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File #RLH FCO 19-61, said Resolution being the memorialization of an appeal to a Correction Notice-Reinspection Complaint for property at 1660 Cumberland Street; and

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing recommended that the City Council an extension to July 30, 2019 for compliance; and

WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council considered the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter; and

WHEREAS, the new owner is requesting additional extension for the compliance of the Correction Notice-Reinspection Complaint; and

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends granting additional extension; Now Therefore, Be It,

RESOLVED, that an extension is hereby granted to October 4, 2019.
