WHEREAS on May 22, 2019, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File No. AR 19-46 to delete the assessment for Collection of Delinquent Garbage Bills for services during October to December 2018. (File No. CG1901B3, Assessment No. 190059); and
WHEREAS, the property at 1565 Idaho Avenue East, being described as: Tilsen’s Sixth Addition Lot 2 Blk 9, with the property identification number 22-29-22-12-0076 was assessed an amount of $69.95; and
WHEREAS, Department of Public Works staff recommends deleting the assessment because the property was vacant during that time period;
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer concurs with the recommendation; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the reduction of $69.95, plus any accrued interests, be deleted. Council File No. RLH AR 19-46 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
