Staff Comments: According to information provided by Waste Management, the property owner paid $192.16 to his old account number in November of 2018. This amount was moved to his new account by Waste Management to cover the Quarter 4 2018 bill. The property owner made another payment of $552.84 to the old account in November of 2018. Waste Management reversed this payment. After that, Waste Management did not receive any further payments to either the old or new account. The property owner is responsible for paying this delinquent amount, as the hauler did not receive payment for Quarter 1 2019. Additionally, Waste Management has provided the old and new account numbers to the City so the property owner can pay the correct account moving forward: his old account number was 00018-53624-03007 and his new account number is 00021-88978-63006.
