Stated Reason for Appeal (if given): I have sumbitted to you (City) and to Republic Services multiple times that even though this property is a duplex, that no second cart ever got dropped off since Q4 2018 and still does not exist at this property. I believe I've uploaded all documentation previously but will do so again. I plan to attend on July 25 and will bring all invoices and correspondence.
Staff Comments: City records show that 1 64-gallon Medium cart (serial # 00918823284) and 1 96-gallon Large cart (serial # 0818822283) were delivered to the alley on 9/13/18. According to information provided by Republic Services, the property owner stated that he did not want the secnod cart. The City has not received any calls informing of a vacancy or informing that there is not a second cart at the property. The property owner is responsible for this delinquent charge.
