Staff Comments: The property owner reported a vacancy hold to the City on 11/15/18. Waste Management did not update their billing database to reflect 1 vacant unit. Waste Management would like to credit back $48.05 for the Quarter 4 2018 bill and $96.08 for the Quarter 1 2019 bill. Waste Management would like to reduce the pending assessment for Quarter 1 2019 by $144.13 down to $28.44. The Quarter 2 2019 pending assessment has been reduced to $60.83. The property owner changed his cart size to the 35-gallon Small Every Other Week cart in Februrary, which is the smallest and least expensive service level option.
