Body

WHEREAS on June 12, 2019, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File RLH AR 19-64, said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for Collection of Delinquent Garbage Bills for services during October to December 2018. (File No. CG1901E3, Assessment No. 190069)

WHEREAS, the property at 531 York Avenue, being described as: Edmund Rice’s First Addition to St. Paul E 1/3 of Lots 23 and Lot 24 Blk 13, with the property identification number 29-29-22-31-0024 was assessed an amount of $96.08; and

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommended reducing the assessment from $96.08 to $64.05 because Public Works staff was informed at the end of November that the property was vacant; Now, Therefore Be It,

RESOLVED, that Council File RLH AR 19-64 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
