Title

Appeal of Christina Harding to a Revocation of Fire Certificate of Occupancy and Order to Vacate at 475 HATCH AVENUE.

Date/Time of 1st LH:  July 23, 2019, 11:30 a.m.

Purpose of Appeal:  Roof is finaled but City inspectors are backed up. Also, DSI inspector Efrayn F. is saying other things aren't done that are signed off on already. Bathroom door #3 was done & 3 other witnesses at the house to Efrayn saying everything in the house was done.  I also emailed him the smoke detector affidavit.  I feel he is retaliating on us for calling his boss A.J. out to the house.

Date of Order(s) Under Appeal:  July 3, 2019

Inspector/Key Staff:   Efrayn Franquiz

Legislative Hearing Staff Comments:  Related file FCO 18-75 adopted by Council 8/8/18; deadline for roof by 7/1/19; windows and carpet orders by 10/1/18.
