Returned Mail/Notice Concerns?:
Stated Reason for Appeal (if given): I don't owe it. I paid it and have had two letters and two phone calls with your department. You said the notice was sent in error and it would be corrected. Well, it wasn't. Is there any accountability. Now, apparently, I have to waste half a day going to some hearing. Republic, my provider, sent me a letter saying that I do not owe this. It is attached. Please do something right. I have paid my garbage bill at this house for more than 40 years. Never had an issue until you got involved. Fix our streets and leave the rest of this stuff alone.
Staff Comments: Payment history shows PO paid the base service fee and late fee on 3/31/19 by check. Staff recommends deleting the assessment.
