Returned Mail/Notice Concerns?:
Stated Reason for Appeal (if given): I want this company to send me an itemized bill to my business mailing address at 2412 Grand Ave So Minneapolis MN 55405. Please help me. When the newpaper announced St Paul was going to run garbage collection, I had to search the internet for the site where I could request the cans. When I never recieved any start service notice or any corrrespondance from any garbage hauler, I had to search the City of St Paul website to try to figure out what was going on. Then I found out the city's vendor had submitted a no payment to the assessment dept. I found out who the vendor was and contacted them to be sure that they would mail my bill to me and not the service address. And I am still not recieving any bills. This is riduculous. PLEASE SOMEONE HEAR ME. ALL I WANT IS AN ITEMIZED BILL FROM START OF SERVICE TELLING ME START OF SERVICE, COST (IS IT MONTHLY, QUARTERLY, YEARLY?) WITH ALL FEES, AND MOST IMPORTANTLY I WANT IT SENT TO ME. I just want my bill. Won't some one please help
