Returned Mail/Notice Concerns?:

Stated Reason for Appeal (if given): We never received a bill for this address. We still have not received any bill from them. I will be contacting to find out whats happening.

Staff Comments: It is the property owner's responsibility to contact their garbage hauler to confirm that the garbage bills are being sent to the correct address. The property owner is still responsible to pay the delinquent charge, as garbage service was provided from October through December 2018. If the property owner believes that they should not have been issued a late fee, they can contact their hauler directly to discuss this charge. If the hauler determines that the late fee was charged in error, they will credit that amount to the property owner's account. Even if the property owner receives a credit, they still need to pay the delinquent charge to the City.
