WHEREAS, the City Council adopted RLH SAO 19-10 on February 27, 2019 which granted an extension to [date] to abate the nuisance conditions at 1030 Case Avenue; and

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer reviewed this case on April 16, 2019 to determine if the owner and/or responsible party abated the nuisance conditions and found these conditions were not abated; now, therefore, be it

RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council adopts the finding of the legislative hearing officer that the nuisance condition is not abated and therefore authorizes the Department of Safety and Inspections to proceed with this nuisance abatement  and the matter is resolved.
