Making finding on the appealed nuisance abatement ordered for 1237 ASHLAND AVENUE in Council File RLH SAO 19-9.

WHEREAS, the City Council adopted RLH SAO 19-9 on February 27, 2019 which granted an extension to [date] to abate the nuisance conditions at 1237 Ashland Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer reviewed this case on April 2, 2019 to determine if the owner and/or responsible party abated the nuisance conditions and found these conditions were abated; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council adopts the finding of the legislative hearing officer that the nuisance condition is abated and the matter resolved.
