Title

Ratifying the assessments for Property Clean Up services during November 14 to 29, 2018. (File No. J1912A, Assessment No. 198511)

Body

WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council in Council File RES 19-67 accepted the Report of Completion for Property Clean Up on Private Properties during the the time period of November 14 to November 29, 2018; and

WHEREAS, the City Council’s Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the assessment roll, considered appeals of affected property owners and developed recommendations for City Council with respect to those assessments; and

WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing on April 3, 2019 to consider ratification of the assessment roll; and

WHEREAS, the City Council considered and found satisfactory the assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for the services provided; now, therefore be it

RESOLVED, that, pursuant to Chapter 14 of the City Charter and Chapter 60 of the Administrative Code, the assessments are hereby in all respects ratified with the exception of the following amendments which will be considered separately:

RLH TA 19-82:  197 Baker Street East;

RLH TA 19-83:  367 Bates Avenue;

RLH TA 19-89:  700 Burr Street;

RLH TA 19-67:  1605 Bush Avenue;

RLH TA 19-96:  725 Charles Avenue;

RLH TA 19-73:  1043 Charles Avenue;

RLH TA 19-71:  1049 Edmund Avenue;

RLH TA 19-98:  2171 Fifth Street East;

RLH TA 19-87:  1344 Fremont Avenue;

RLH TA 19-66:  596 Lawson Avenue East;

RLH TA 19-99:  962 University Avenue West; and be it further

RESOLVED, that the assessments be payable in one (1) installment, unless specified by the Legislative Hearing Officer’s recommended amendments.
