Be it resolved that upon execution and delivery of a properly executed release to the City of Saint Paul, the proper City officials are hereby authorized to pay from the City of Saint Paul's Public Works Department, Tort Liabililty Fund 1-40031920-69590-C172T14529315-69590 to The Hanover Insurance Company as subrogee of Handy Help, LLC the amount of seventeen thousand five hundred dollars and zero cents ($17,500.00) in full and final settlement of their property damage subrogation claim stemming from a sewer back up on or about the 14th day of June, 2017, in Saint Paul, MN.
