WHEREAS, due to the retirement of Dan Bostrom as a Commissioner and Vice Chair of the Housing and Redevelopment Authority of the City of Saint Paul, Minnesota (HRA) it is necessary to appoint a new Vice Chair of the HRA,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners of the Housing and Redevelopment Authority of the City of Saint Paul, Minnesota, that Commissioner Rebecca Noecker is hereby appointed Vice Chair of the Housing and Redevelopment Authority of the City of Saint Paul, Minnesota effective immediately after the passage of this Resolution.
