Title

Appeal of James Cannon, Jr. to a Revocation of Fire Certificate of Occupancy and Order to Vacate at 752 CARROLL AVENUE.

Date/Time of 1st LH:  Dec. 18, 2018 at 11:30

Purpose of Appeal: The revocation was improper because the only specific safety issue identified, exposed electrical components, has been corrected.  The building is in a safe and habitable condition.  There are thus no grounds for a revocation.

Date of Order(s) Under Appeal:  Dec. 4, 2018

Inspector/Key Staff:  Laura Huseby

Legislative Hearing Staff Comments:  In reviewing the photos, it looks like there are also concerns with walls being constructed too close to the furnace/boiler and water heater, but it's not in the orders specifically.

Also, Mai, can you pull the previous 2 appeals on this one for our hearing? -MM
