RESOLVED, that upon execution and delivery of a release in full to the City of Saint Paul, the proper City officers are hereby authorized and directed to pay out of the Street Maintenance Fund 230 to Appellants’ First Baptist Church, et al. and their attorney, John G. Hoeschler, the total sum of four-hundred and nine thousand four-hundred and nine dollars and fifteen cents ($409,409.15) in full and final settlement of all appeals to their right-of-way assessment in 2016 for all alleged damages, costs and attorney’s fees referenced in Appellants’ Notice of Appeal.
