RESOLVED, that, upon execution and delivery of a release in full to the Board of Water Commissioners, the proper Board officers are hereby authorized and directed to pay, from the settlement fund, Accounting Unit 69082105, Account 74205, to ASAP Underground, LLC the sum of $7,950.00 in full settlement of any and all claims for damages received on claim dated October 03, 2018 at 1378 Lincoln Ave, Saint Paul, MN.
