WHEREAS, Triple Shift Entertainment, LLC d/b/a Sun Ray Lanes (License ID #20180004163) applied for Liquor On Sale 181-290 Seats, a Liquor On Sale-Sunday, a Bowling Centers and a Gambling Location license for the premises located at 2245 Hudson Road; and
WHEREAS, the licensee also requested a waiver of the 45-day notice requirement for approval of the above-mentioned licenses; and
WHEREAS, the Department of Safety and Inspections received a letter from the District 1 Community Council in support of a waiver of the 45-day notice requirement and approval of all licenses; and
WHEREAS, the Department of Safety and Inspections received no objections to the waiver of the 45-day notice requirement or approval of the licenses; and
WHEREAS, the Council finds that the application is in order and there are no grounds for denial of a waiver of the 45-day notice requirement or approval of the licenses; now, therefore, be it,
RESOLVED, a waiver of the 45-day notice requirement and approval of a Liquor On Sale 181-290 Seats, a Liquor On Sale-Sunday, a Bowling Centers and a Gambling Location license are hereby granted to Triple Shift Entertainment, LLC d/b/a Sun Ray Lanes (License ID #20180004163) for the premises located at 2245 Hudson Road in Saint Paul.
