Amending the Financing and Spending Plans in the Library Agency regarding a Cultural STAR grant.
Body
WHEREAS, the Saint Paul Public Library Agency will receive $79,324.00 from a Cultural STAR grant in 2018 for the “Digitizing Saint Paul City Directories” project; and
WHEREAS, the Cultural STAR grant was awarded in 2016 and extended to 2018 fr completion of the porject; and
WHEREAS, the financing and spending plans for these funds have not been established; and
WHEREAS, the Mayor pursuant to Section 10.7.1 of the Charter of the City of Saint Paul, does certify that there are available for appropriations funds of $79,324 in excess of those estimated in the 2018 budget and recommends the changes to the 2018 budget described in the attached fiscal analysis; now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that the Library Board approves the changes to the 2018 Adopted Budget, and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, that said budget, as heretofore adopted by the Library Board is hereby amended as indicated in the attached fiscal analysis form.
