A Resolution of the Saint Paul Charter Commission Directing the Chair of the Commission to submit the 2018 Annual Report to the Chief Judge of the Second Judicial District.

WHEREAS, Minnesota Statute Section 410.05, subdivision 2 requires that “the commission shall submit to the chief judge of the district court, on or before December 31 of each year, an annual report outlining its activities and accomplishments for the preceding calendar year”; and
WHEREAS, the Charter Commission’s only meeting during 2018 is being held on December 4, 2018; now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul Charter Commission directs the Chair of the Commission to submit this resolution and the following to the Chief Judge of the Second Judicial District as the 2018 Annual Report:
1. Minutes from the December 4, 2018 meeting of the Charter Commission.
AND BE IT ALSO RESOLVED, that the Chair shall send a copy of the submission be sent to the Saint Paul City Clerk.
