Authorizing the Police Department to enter into a Software License and Service Agreement with JAMF Software, LLC that includes an indemnification clause.

WHEREAS, the Saint Paul Police Department (SPPD) would like to enter into the Software License and Services Agreement (SLASA) with JAMF Software, LLC which includes an indemnification clause; and
WHEREAS, JAMF Software, LLC has an existing partnership with the SPPD’s cell phone provider and its services meet the department’s specific needs to mobile device management; and
WHEREAS, the SLASA contains an indemnification provision; and
RESOLVED, that the city council authorizes the Police Department to enter into this agreement with JAMF Software, LLC which includes the indemnification provision.
