WHEREAS on October 3, 2018, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File No. AR 18-65 to ratify the assessment for Property Clean Up services May 2 to 14, 2018. (File No. J1814A, Assessment No. 188543); and
WHEREAS, the property at 884 Western Avenue North, being described as: Kings Subdivision of Lots, 24 & Lot 8 Blk 1, with the property identification number 25-29-23-42-0165 was assessed an amount of $478; and
WHEREAS, a Legislative Hearing was held on November 6, 2018 and the file was reviewed and the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends deletion of the assessment due to language barrier and owner may have been confused by the language on the Summary Abatement Order; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the reduction of $478, plus any accrued interests, be deleted. Council File Nos. RLH AR 18-65 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
