WHEREAS on October 17, 2018, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File No. AR 18-71 to delete the assessment for Excessive Use of Inspection or Abatement services billed during March 22 to April 20, 2018. (File No. J1812E, Assessment No. 188324); and

WHEREAS, the property at 375 Jackson Street, being described as: Capital Centre No. 1 Lot 1 Blk 1, with the property identification number 06-28-22-11-0005 was assessed an amount of $157.00; and

WHEREAS, Department of Safety and Inspections staff recommends deleting the assessment because the letter was sent in error;

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer concurs with the recommendation; Now, Therefore, Be It

RESOLVED, that the reduction of $157, plus any accrued interests, be deleted.  Council File No. RLH AR 18-71 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
