WHEREAS on October 17, 2018, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File No. RLH AR 18-73, said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for Graffiti Removal services during May 23 to June 20, 2018. (File No. J1810P, Assessment No. 188410); and
WHEREAS, the property at 1831 University Avenue West, being described as: Hughes’ Midway Addition To, the Lots 18 and Lot 19, with the property identification number 33-29-23-24-0022 was assessed an amount of $192.46; and
WHEREAS, Department of Safety and Inspections staff recommends deleting the assessment because there is a graffiti waiver on file;
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer concurs with the recommendation; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the reduction of $192.46, plus any accrued interests, be deleted. Council File No. RLH AR 18-73 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
